Rara joins as a nurse at the Hospital Wahidin Sudiro Husodo since 2004, or exactly 9 years and 2 months. Rara yang cantik imut, sekarang berusia 32 tahun. di mana suaminya bernama Jokowi, yang bertugas di UGD. Sebagai keluarga muda yang menikah pada bulan april 2010, merupakan keluarga yang bahagia, dan mereka tinggal tidak jauh dari RSWS. Keluarga muda ini bertempat di RUSUNAWA. setelah menikmati liburan selama dua hari, rara kembali beraktivitas di RSWS. ia menemui pasien yang mengidap penyakit jantung. dengan santai Rara pun berkomunikasi dengan pasien tersebut, Rara menginstruksikan kepada pasien untuk meminum obat secara teratur, selain itu Rara memberikan motivasi kepada pasien untuk terus semangat dalam menjalani pengobatan di RSWS.

(caranya yaitu dengan memberikan motivasi kepada pasien tersebut, supaya memiliki harapan yang besar untuk sembuh kembali. selain itu memberikan perhatian kepada pasien tersebut melalui komunikasi dan intruksi untuk meminum obat secara teratur dengan menjelaskan bahwa, meminum obat dengan teratur bisa lebih membantu dalam proses penyembuhan.)

3.    apa saran Anda kepada pasien Anda ketika dia berada dalam kehamilan

 (menyarankan kepada ibu hamil tersebut untuk tidak terlalu banyak beraktifitas karena apabila terlalu banyak beraktifitas dapat menyebabkan kelelahan, dan apabila tidak dapat menyelesaikan aktifitasnya dengan baik maka ibu hamil tersebut merasa tidak puas dengan yang dilakukannya sehingga dapat menyebabkan ibu hamil tersebut mengalami stres)

4.    memberikan saran dalam meningkatkan kualitas perawat indonesia?

     Answer :

5.    apa yang harus Anda lakukan jika Anda menemukan salah satu teman Anda tidak bisa berbahasa Inggris sama sekali?

Answer : explained to my friend that is fluent in the English language was very beneficial for us, especially if we work as a nurse, it would be very helpful when we are dealing with patients who are not citizens of Indonesia. employment opportunities other than that we would be so broad as it is possible to work in a hospital abroad.
